Having worked in the world of corporate hotels for many years Andrew Colley and Robin Knight decided that they wanted to create an environment that actually concentrated on genuine hospitality. This would provide comfortable, well appointed accommodation.
The hotel’s ground floor and public areas were extensively re-furbished in the Spring of 2007 maintaining the hotel’s wonderful traditional features whilst adding a twist of contemporary design. During this time a team were put together to create the ambition to provide the best food and service in the area.
We have 15 great bedrooms that have been individually designed and themed.
We want you to be comfortable so there are large luxurious pillows and duvets in the rooms. A number of our rooms also have 4 poster beds and roll-top baths.
